The purpose of the Parents Association at Patrician Primary School is to promote and facilitate good communication between parents, the Principal and the Board of Management. An AGM is held once a year in September to outline the business from the previous year and to elect a new committee for the new school year. Meetings are held approximately once a month on a Tuesday night @ 7.30pm to discuss and plan any upcoming events.
We are very lucky to have an active PA in our school where parents are welcome to attend any meeting and we always look forward to new people getting involved. The PA does a lot of work to help support the school from fundraising to organising events and prizes for the children. They arrange a Christmas raffle, cake sale, duck race and help out whenever needed by the school. Money raised from these events is used to buy resources and equipment as requested by the school or teachers. If you would to contact the parents association please contact pppacommittee@gmail.com
